Founder story
Led by Houston Wallace
Houston Wallace is a U.S. Army veteran with experience in military communications, IT support, networks, industrial systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical leadership. His background spans hands-on equipment work, user support, system diagnostics, documentation, and leading people through technical problems.
Carolina Asset Exchange was built to connect those capabilities: move and source useful equipment—including technology, tools, generators, furniture, office and industrial assets—prepare technical equipment for the job when applicable, and support the customer afterward.

CAE serves organizations that need practical help, understandable tools, and a partner willing to connect the equipment to the work. The business is based in Robeson County and supports children, families, local businesses, and community-serving organizations.

One clear point of coordination
Every CAE engagement is founder-led. Qualified independent specialists may support defined portions of larger projects when appropriate, while CAE remains responsible for project coordination and customer communication.

Robeson County and southeastern North Carolina
Primary coverage includes Robeson, Scotland, Hoke, Bladen, and Columbus counties. Other southeastern North Carolina locations may be considered by project.
