These general terms explain the expected process for equipment and surplus transactions. Transaction-specific written terms control when provided.

Availability and descriptions

Inventory rotates and may be sold, pending, unavailable, or sourcing-only. Descriptions and photos are intended to identify the item and known condition, but buyers should ask questions and inspect equipment when practical.

Pricing and handoff

Pricing, payment method, pickup, local delivery when available, shipping, and public handoff arrangements are confirmed for each transaction. No handoff option is guaranteed until agreed in writing.

Warranties, returns, and exchanges

Any warranty, return, or exchange term must be stated in writing for the specific transaction. Do not assume manufacturer coverage or other terms that have not been confirmed.

Setup and deployment

Equipment setup, configuration, deployment, or user support is a separate scoped service unless explicitly included in the written transaction.
